The owners vision of providing a beautiful setting for couples in love to celebrate with family and friends at an affordable cost is the very foundation our philosophy is built off of. We also do not want our clients to feel rushed on the most important days of their lives. We offer anything from a one day package to a full weekend package allowing a stress free, relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere and planning process.

Our Story

Every business has a beginning, ours began over 15 years ago with Charlotte Kittridge. Charlotte was a passionate and energetic woman who loved to entertain. Prior to completion, the planned hay barn construction was quickly halted when Charlotte envisioned a western dance hall. Today, in Charlotte's memory, Charlotte's Hall stands proudly as a entertainment and wedding venue sitting on 26 beautiful acres where many memories have been made and where many more are to come.

Gina Burbank

Facility Manager

Gina Burbank is one of Sunset Ranch valued members. She handles the marketing, sales and booking portion for Sunset Ranch. She is in charge of providing all of the information needed for potential brides as well as conducting tours around the facility and helping you dream up what your wedding could be like at Sunset Ranch.


Tim Burbank

Property Manager

Tim Burbank has been with us for several years and we can honestly say our venue wouldn’t be what it is without him! Tim manages all of the grounds around the property. He ensures everything is working properly and perfectly! Tim's amazing eye for detail is what keeps our property in pristine condition.
